ONLINE OPERATIONS HOURS
I work every Monday - Friday from 8 am until 6 pm PST excluding major holidays.
I want to give you the best service I possibly can. I am a one woman operation so it may take up to 48 hours for me to reply with any inquiries sent through the website or through social media platforms. Please keep this and hours/days of operation in mind when placing an order or contacting customer service.
ONLINE PICK-UP OPTION
Please contact me ahead of time if you wish to coordinate a local "Pick-Up" at Urbanite in downtown Portland. In the comment section at check out make a note that you and I have coordinated a local Portland pickup.
Your order must be placed by 10 am PST with a coordinated confirmation from me for a same day pick up.
All pick-up options are between 2 pm -6 pm Monday-Friday.
If I am running a sale or promotion, it may take up to 2 days to confirm your pick-up availability due to the influx of orders.
You must pick-up your order same-day. If you are unable to pick up your order due to an emergency you must contact me immediately to arrange for your order to be shipped. If there is no response in 5 business days your order will be automatically refunded.
SHIPPING OPERATIONS
All orders are shipped via the United States Post Office.
The Shipping department is me! Operating Monday-Friday 8 am to 6pm excluding US Holidays.
Weekend and US Holiday Orders: I will do my absolute best to fulfil your weekend order so that it will be shipped the next available business day.

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. This will be for special orders or if any international orders are prearranged.
Priority Packages are insured up to $50, and I suggest upgrading your packages for extra protection or shipping your package to a secured address. Please coordinate with me before your order is placed if you wish to add extra insurance. An invoice will be sent to you for the added insurance. Upon payment, your shipping label will be created and Tracking ID with extra insurance will be sent to you.

Shipping Delays & Tracking ID issues
Please expect shipping delays due to the current stress on our mailing system. While Priority and First Class mail are supposed to be 1-5 business days it is not uncommon for packages to take up to 10 days to be received.
Issues with Tracking IDs. A Tracking ID is emailed to you when I fulfil an order and print a mailing label. That Tracking ID is sent to the email you used during check out. If you cannot remember what email address you used please contact me immediately.
If you cannot find your Tracking ID please notify me immediately to send you a copy.
If you notice there is an issue with your Tracking ID not moving shipping locations please contact me immediately.
Lost, Stolen, Damaged, Defective Product
I am not responsible if your package is marked delivered and is stolen, you must file a claim directly with USPS. Once the package is dropped off at USPS it becomes the responsibility of USPS, and all claims must be filed through them.
If an item arrives damaged due to a flaw in design and construction please contact me immediately to resolve the issue. The damage will be assessed to either fix, exchange or return. I will pay for return shipping due to a flawed product.
If damage is due to shipping and handling you must file a claim directly with USPS.
If your product becomes defective you may return the item to be repaired or exchanged for an item of equal value. You will be solely responsible for the cost of return shipping and the refund does not include the cost of original shipping cost.
Keep in mind every purse is truly one-of-a-kind so if a purse is lost or damaged in the mail there will be no way for me to replicate your exact bag but we can work on finding a replacement from the product available on the website.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Returns are accepted for a full refund of the cost of the product minus the cost of shipping. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
All unwashed/unworn returns must be shipped back in their original packaging within 14 days of shipping date posted on the packaging.
Merchandise must have all tags attached and returned with all included accessories. This includes straps, tassels, etc.
Items that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. This includes any stains, makeup, deodorant markings, snags, cigarette smoke, perfume, animal hair, etc. It is at my discretion to decide if the returned/exchanged item has been soiled. If an item is determined to be as such, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

All clearance, final, Instagram sales, items of a gift or promotional nature are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returned and Exchanged product shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer to mail back to Land & Kamp.
Exchanges are only allowed for the same item, in a different colorway or style.
Multiple exchanges for the same item are not permitted.

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
Exchanged items will only be sent out once I receive the original item.
I will cover the shipment cost of your replacement item.
Exchanges are only available to all U.S. customers. At this time, and due to the high cost of shipping, I do not except exchanges for international orders.
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order items.
- Cancellations will be an at best attempt to cancel the order if the buyer makes contact with me within 1 hour of placing the order.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
I endeavor to describe and display the products as accurately as possible. While I try to be as clear as possible in explaining the product, please do not accept that the Site is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time I may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.

Items not purchased from our online store front, you must return it through the vendor you originally made your purchase
Items with tags missing, the item appears to be worn or is damaged with stains, makeup, deodorant markings, snags, cigarette smoke, perfume, animal or human hair, etc
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?
There is no restocking fee for a return
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping charges unless item is incorrect or damaged
If an item or element is missing it can be denied for a return and or deducted from your refund or rejected
REFUNDS
Please allow 4-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card account, your refund may be reflected on your next statement.
PayPal refunds should appear within 24 hours.
Refunds can only be refunded to the original method of purchase only. We can only offer store credit if you no longer have access to that form of payment.
WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact me immediately so I may resolve your issue for you asap.
FINAL/CLEARANCE/INSTRAGRAM SALE
All items marked as "Final Sale", “Clearance”, or Instragram Sales at the time of purchase are final sale meaning they are non-returnable, you can not refund. No exceptions.
Missing Item From Order
If you are missing anything from your order please email me at info@landandkamp.com , include your order number and item name that is missing from your shipment.
